Excellent reading for anyone looking to learn some history as opposed to the caricaturistic film/tv version of events that is unfortunately so common in the public consciousness lately. This book is very accessible to readers of all levels and the subject matter is important to learn about. Highly recommended.

OMG, I need more stars

This is a bitter sweet book for me. I have loved this series since I first stumbled across it a few years ago. I hate that it is over, but am so happy Lillith got the HEA she deserved. It was so much more than I was expecting. The action and drama revolving around Lillith, and everyone between H.A.T.E. and the vampires is great. There were some surprises I never would have anticipated. The anticipation and tension surrounding Lillith, Marco, Vlad, and Bade is so real you can feel it. I really loved this book, and can't wait to read the entire series again in its entirety.

DO NOT start with this book as you will be completely lost, there are 6 awesome books preceding this one. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series, so engrossing and captivating ( I do not use those words lightly) the storyline all the way through kept me interested and as long as you like paranormal and all supernatural creatures AND erotica I feel sure you will enjoy this series!

OMG!! AWSOME!! This is the last of the Lilith Mercury Werewolf Hunter series so I read it with some sadness because I never wanted the series to end. I also devoured in in one day because it was fantastic. Tracey H. Kitts absolutely did the characters (beloved by me and so many others) justice and came up with an ending that was totally satisfying. (didn't know if that was possible since I was saying goodby). But she did it! I would have happily followed Lilith and her world forever, but since it had to end this was the way to do it. No complaints and many thanks to Tracey H. Kitts for giving life to this world and letting us in to share it. It was a wild ride throughout the series all of it totally worth every tear and laugh. I have been blessed to have taken the ride. Tracey H. Kitts you rock!!

Even Better Than Before

Years ago, I wrote an initial review of this book. Some of Deming's concepts are still certainly profound and abstract enough to require some type of meat to hang on the hooks before understanding and applying them, but I've expanded my understanding and application (in numerous industries) over the years, in part, because I continue to go back to this short but detailed exposition of Dr. Deming's philosophy and theory of modern leadership for renewal. Hard though it may be, what has become more apparent to me is how worthwhile the effort is and how valuable this book is in starting the transformation. Sadly, it has also become equally apparent that few companies use the theory--current efforts in lean notwithstanding--and few managers think this way even though it is even more obvious today that, as Deming originally said over 30 years ago, American business is in a crisis situation. The problem then and now is that most don't realize it. When will we learn? Still a must-read for business leaders, management consultants, and teams dedicated to continuous improvement in every industry. It is not too late to start. It is never too late. Get a copy of this book and begin today.

Profound Knowledge

Deming's concepts are profound, and seemed abstract enough to require some type of meat to hang on the hooks before I could understand and apply them (especially to improving safety performance). Thanks to this concise, informative, and easy to read book, I know longer feel like I'm re-arranging the deck-chairs on the Titanic or nailing poached eggs to trees. I am now empowered to persue the Deming philosophy with renewed confidence and accuracy. A must-read for business leaders, management consultants, and teams dedicated to continuous improvement. I will be providing a copy to each member of our corporate safety team.

Too bad corporate management or so-called "leadership teams" don't read books like these... Then again, maybe they do and a) they fail to see themselves in this book or b) they just don't care as long as they're getting their bonuses.

Do Family Ties Really Bind?

In Tiphani's debut novel, The Millionaire Mistress, you witness the love/hate relationship of cousins Chloe and Oshyn. They were both raised by their grandmother who treated them differently. Chloe was always bearing the brunt of neglect and Oshyn was praised and nurtured. The difference was apparent even after they both lived on their own. Leaning on the fact that they were blood relatives is what kept them tolerating each other.

While Oshyn was being neglected and abused by her boyfriend Trent, Chloe was living the high life of a gold digger, often robbing and blackmailing her tricks. Chloe's alternative lifestyle was not a secret to Oshyn but the depths of her pockets were. Oshyn knew Chloe made money

but had no idea that it amounted to millions.

When Oshyn leaves Trent and moves on to become a successful business woman, the green-eyed monster on Chloe's back is fully awakened. It only makes matters worse when Oshyn finds love with Brooklyn. Although Oshyn was not looking for love and felt she could never trust another man, she could not deny Brooklyn's magnetism.

How far can envy and lust push Chloe? Is blood truly thicker than water? With a new lease on life, will Oshyn really be able to live and love peacefully? Or will the demons of their past and family

secrets wreak havoc on their futures?

The Millionaire Mistress lacks smooth transitions between chapters. It is formatted to switch between Oshyn's and Chloe's point-of-view, which is okay, but at one point Tiphani may have forgotten which character she was writing about because the voice was Chloe's when

it should have been Oshyn's. The story also seemed a bit rushed at the end.

In its current state, I would be inclined not to recommend it to avid fiction readers. If it is revised with a better flow and more care given to the ending, Tiphani would have a five star masterpiece.

what a mess

I am not sure about this title, but this book is off da chain. Oshyn's cousin Chloe is wicked, and pure evil she uses sex the same way the characters in project chick, g-spot and candy licker terrorized their women.

This book is about 2 cousins, Chloe and Oshyn.Chloe is all about money and doesn't care who gets hurt in the process.Oshyn has been through alot with the guy she got pregnant by but he does her wrong and she ends up moving down south to get her and her child's life together.Oshyn meets Brooklyn, a big drug dealer and Chloe wants him for herself.At first I thought I wasn't gonna like this book but it held my attention.I had been waiting a long time for it.As a avid reader I read where family members hate each other but I think this one take the cake whereas family hate each other so much they are willing to kill one another.I will be looking forward to reading more of your work!!!

About the Author

Joseph P. Winnick, EdD, is a professor of physical education and sport at the State University of New York, College at Brockport. He received master's and doctoral degrees from Temple University. Dr. Winnick developed and implemented America's first master's degree professional preparation program in adapted physical education at Brockport in 1968 and since that time has secured funds from the U.S. Department of Education to support the program. He has and continues to be involved in research related to the physical fitness of persons with disabilities. He is the editor of Adapted Physical Education and Sport, Second Edition (Human Kinetics 1995). Dr. Winnick has received the G. Lawrence Rarick Research Award and the Hollis Fait Scholarly Contribution Award.

Francis X. Short, PED, is associate professor and chair of the Department of Physical Education and Sport at State University of New York, College at Brockport. Dr. Short has been involved with adapted physical education programs for the past 25 years. He has coauthored numerous journal articles related to physical fitness and youngsters with disabilities. He is coauthor of Physical Fitness Testing of the Disabled (Human Kinetics 1985) and author of "Physical Fitness," a chapter in Adapted Physical Education and Sport. He has served as project coordinator for three federally funded research projects pertaining to physical fitness and youngsters with disabilities. Dr. Short is a member of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance and the National Consortium on Physical Education and Recreation for Individuals with Disabilities.

The only fitness test you will ever need

Being one of the first students to analyze and experience the BPFT was quite amazing. Not only because it was a chance to be a part of something new but mostly because I could see that this test will revolutionize physicial fitness testing. This is a collection of tests that can be used for able and disabled students with standards for both. The brilliancy of this work is that it fully allows you to customize a physical fitness test battery for nearly any student.

Great Intro on Pricing

I am a serial entrepreneur, a University lecturer in Russia, Italy and the USA in Business Economics and International Law and am an international business and peak performance consultant. As such, I have read a plethora of business, motivational, peak performance, coaching, team building psychology type of books over 22 years. In fact I have enough books at home, on these subjects, to sink several ships. I therefore have read many books looking at what makes great entrepreneurs and how the best motivate employees and develop every greater businesses. I therefore have used both my real life business experience and theoretical knowledge to review this book.

Pricing is a very subjective thing and this author does examine and highlight the problem. You only need to look at car pricing on craigslist or autotrder to see great price differentials on the same car with the same mileage etc. Very often private owners will "over value" their beloved car, pricing it above market levels as they perceive, through emotion, that it is worth more than a car sold by a dealer. The concept of "Value" is an incredibly subjective thing, yet it is at the core of pricing. This author looks at these problems of perception, value and why some are willing to pay more for a product than others. The author does this by examining the imaginary pricing system behind a product called "chocolate teapots" and how the price is derived for this product. The ideas are very good as an introduction to the concepts of pricing and psychology, but there are other books on the market that go into the subject in a far more technical manner and examine other areas of pricing problems. If you are looking for a definitive text examining all pricing concepts then this book is not for you.

The book is a great easy read for anyone interested in the subject of pricing. It is does not examine every area of the subject but gives a good introduction to the subject.

Step by step story telling book !

My "Liking" of this book is based on my limited knowledge of psychology of pricing. I am a business effectiveness consultant to mostly service companies, my interaction with setting physical product pricing is limited. That's why this book was an eye opener for me.
The thing I did not like is the form of the book; the font is so small and the pages are packed, the paper is thick. Al in all I suffered few pages until I decided to buy it again on Kindle format.

I recommend the book for any new comer to the world of pricing, it is a step by step story telling kind of book. If only the publisher was giving the author better form options!

Slam bam thank you ma'am get onto the business of pricing!

This is a VERY quick and VERY good overview of pricing techniques and very much tilted towards action and practicality. For anyone who just needs some quick advice and needs to get on with it - the book is spot on.

Leigh used a literary storytelling technique in her book that I personally did not care for. On one hand she was TOTALLY up front about it saying it just that - a useful, illustrative literary technique. Using this she was able to provide the situational awareness that made every chapter's content make perfect sense. That being said, I simply couldn't get past the fact that it was fiction. I would have LOVED if her anecdotes could have been from actual true clients with the names changed to protect the guilty. That being said, what Leigh did was useful and I think this book will be really good for many many people.

Also, Leigh's suggestions are founded on research. She doesn't give that to you, you must trust her. I think that is OK and you should, but again, I want to make sure people understand this is LESS about the psychology of price and more about putting the psychology of price in action.

Good book - very action oriented. Keep up the good work Leigh.
